• Check the HCG vial to ensure that the solution has mixed and that there are no crystals or particles – gently swirl or rotate between your fingers if necessary – do not shake

How to Administer the HCG Dosage

Administering the correct dosage of HCG injections is not difficult at all. The injecting syringe is the same one used by diabetics for their insulin shots. 5. Remove the needle from the vial and pinch a fold of skin between your fingers at the site of the swabbed area on the abdomen
6. The needle should then be inserted into the skin at a 45-degree angle, and then the plunger pushed in until all HCG has been administered
7. Remove the needle and replace the cap, disposing of the entire unit in the Sharps container
8. Replace the vial of HCG in the refrigerator
